Can I choose the RediCare location I want to visit?
Yes. You can visit any of the convenient RediCare locations in your area.
Can I use one of your doctors as my primary care physician?
Yes. Many people are doing this since RediCare Doctor ratings are high and their offices are convenient.
Does RediCare only cover Urgent Care situations?
No. RediCare covers over 200 medical codes and can be used for many preventative visits.
Do X-Rays, Blood Work, Getting Stitches, or Cancer Screenings cost me anything?
No. Those and many other services are included.
Do I need an appointment?
There's no appointment necessary. You can simply show up at a RediCare Clinic and you will have Priority Access status. In most cases, you will be seen within minutes of your arrival.
Will I be charged anything when I go to a RediCare Office or Urgent Care?
Our 200+ medical services will not have any additional charges. These services include primary care, urgent care, chronic care management, preventative care, as well as basic lab tests, x-rays and more. If services other than RediCare services are required, you will be told before they are done and you can decide.

Yes. Since you are a single parent, all of your children are covered under your payment.
My aunt lives with me. Is she covered under my monthly family payment?
No. She would need to be covered with her own individual monthly payment.
My wife and I have 4 children, are all of our children covered under our monthly family payment?
Yes. All of your children are covered under your service agreement.
I work for a company that offers RediCare to me. Can my wife sign up for RediCare services?
Yes. There will only be an additional charge monthly for her. Please contact us to request more information.
Are RediCare locations open 24/7?
Most RediCare Offices are open 24/7. Other clinics are only open Monday through Friday during daytime hours. You can check your phone app and find out the hours of operation of each RediCare Clinic location.
If I have a medical problem and I don't know if RediCare covers it, what can I do?
You can call your local RediCare Office or Urgent Care and they can tell you if the service is covered under the RediCare agreement.

As an employee, your RediCare services fees are deducted from your payroll. If your company doesn't offer RediCare, it is paid for by credit card.

Do I have to sign a contract for a year?
When you sign-up it's for 90 days, then it's month-to-month after that.
